Incumbent maintains programs annual budget and prepares monthly reports; develops individualized consumer plans; counsels consumers and their families; supervises and conducts performance evaluations on subordinate staff; follows reimbursement guidelines for rehabilitation services to ensure Medicaid compliance; coordinates staff training, ensuring staff certifications are up-to-date; develops/utilizes community-based resources. Supervises all transportation/information systems and coordinates quality assurance as prescribed by licensure with regards to services and casework documentation. Bachelors degree (masters preferred) in a human services field with direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, preferably in a rehabilitation or developmental program, with supervisory experience and knowledge of behavior modification and intervention techniques required. Must have, or be trained after hire for, all Board mandated trainings, possess effective communication/documentation skills, valid drivers license and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
